Atlantis Flo-Tank® Modular Underground Storage System is designed to cleanly capture rainwater. It is suitable to use in residential and commercial installation projects for underground infiltration, detention and rainwater harvesting.
The system can be installed in various volumes, shapes and depths to meet specific project requirements. The entire project location serves as a catchment area for storing underground water.

STORMWATER MANAGEMENT
Infiltration Tank
The Atlantis Flo-Tank is designed to capture surface water through infiltration. The system works by cleaning and filtering the water before it is allowed to recharge the water table, providing moisture for surrounding vegetation.
Rainwater Harvesting
The Atlantis Flo-Tank is effective in providing a regular clean water supply for domestic and commercial applications by capturing water from landscaped areas through surface infiltration and from roof areas. The clean water is retained within the storage area away from harmful UV light and heats the remaining cool underground for re-use.
Detention Tank
Water is captured from the roof and paved areas are filtered before entering the the Atlantis Flo-Tank, which is then slowly released through the discharge control unit.
FUNCTION
Drainage
Geosynthetics can act as a drain to carry fluid through less permeable soils. Ideal for use in subsoil drainage systems, can be used to dissipate pore water pressures at the base of road and railway embankments, sports fields and behind retaining walls. Facilitates surface water runoff.
Filtration
Geosynthetics can act as a filter by allowing water to move freely through while preventing the migration of fine particles. Often used to prevent soils from migrating into drainage aggregate or pipes while maintaining flow. Can also prevent soil erosion in coastal and riverbanks when used below loose stones or rocks and other material.
